Job Summary
Provide personalized guest service in a breakfast setting, set up and maintain the Bistro per brand standards, prepare foods (fresh fruit, breads, pastries, coffee, hot items), set up serving dishes and utensils, restock buffet items throughout breakfast, keep the breakfast area clean, sanitize tables and equipment, monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies, and ensure established service procedures are followed while greeting guests and addressing concerns. Responsibilities include assisting the Bistro Supervisor/Operations/GM with inventory and purchasing, and maintaining a welcoming host presence for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Food Handler Certification
- Smart Serve
- Breakfast service experience
