Job Summary
Ensure food is prepared and presented to quality and safety standards while maintaining cleanliness of kitchen stations and equipment. Take customer orders accurately and handle concerns professionally, operating the POS system to process payments correctly. Work effectively with coworkers to meet all bistro needs during AM shifts from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM or PM shifts from 5 PM to 10 PM. Previous experience with light cooking and a food/beverage environment is preferred. Join our team at Courtyard Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg, located just off US Highway 15 near Hersheypark and the Carlisle Fairgrounds.

- Ability to handle payment accurately

- Take customer orders accurately and with a customer-service mindset
- Operate POS system to take orders and process payment correctly
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with light cooking preferred
