Lead the Bismore Park Greeter Team at the Welcome Center in Hyannis Harbor by engaging visitors and community members with outstanding services. Set consistently high standards, teach, coach, and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and friendly experiences. Serve as a supportive role model to create a high-energy work environment while remaining accountable for team performance through motivation, effective prioritization of multiple responsibilities, and creative thinking. Requires two years of education above high school and availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
