Job Summary
Greet clients with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile, ensuring smooth operations for children's parties and private club functions. Supervise games and activities to maintain a safe, high-energy environment while serving food and beverages at appropriate times. Ensure eating and activity areas are immaculate before guests arrive and clean up thoroughly afterward. Communicate directly with party parents to address feedback and uphold operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and service. Assist with sales and marketing activities, including promotion, feedback collection, and public relations efforts. Full weekend availability is required.
