Responsibilities include setting up parties, hosting and leading activities for children, assisting with check-in, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate pricing and product knowledge, upselling seasonal passes and packages, handling cash and card transactions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments as needed. Must be enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, detail-focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced park environment, and committed to maintaining park safety and policies while delivering a positive guest experience.
