Job Summary
Greet birthday families and guests upon arrival, manage the party schedule and flow, and lead games and activities to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience. Prepare party areas with decorations and supplies, coordinate meal service and cake cutting, then clean and reset the space for the next group. Monitor inventory levels, report safety concerns immediately, and collaborate with food service and management teams to execute events seamlessly. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a lively water park setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event hosting
- Experience working with children or in a recreational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for creating fun experiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with guests for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Must be comfortable working in environments with loud noise, bright lights, and large groups of children
- Must be available for weekends, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
