Job Summary
Develop and implement Individual Education Programs (IEP) for students with disabilities, adapting materials and lesson plans to meet specific academic, behavioral, and social goals. Provide direct special education instruction in classroom and home settings while assisting students with personal self-help tasks. Monitor student progress, update IEPs using diagnostic information, and maintain records in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Communicate regularly with parents via written progress reports and act as a case coordinator by consulting with community caregivers and school support professionals. Requires a licensed EC or BK Teacher, ability to travel to multiple locations, and strong communication skills.

- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple agencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of EC policies and procedures including providing services, documenting progress, and referrals
