Job Summary
The Birth to 3 Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services, evaluate clients, create treatment plans, and implement therapy for individuals with various disabilities. Responsibilities include documenting treatment, communicating with families and providers, and establishing therapeutic relationships. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, hold a current Wisconsin occupational therapy license, and have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current occupational therapy license in the state of Wisconsin
- Valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license and vehicle in good operating condition
