Birth Registrar Unit Hospitality Associate - Labor and Delivery Unit (L&D) - St. Joseph Warren Hospital

Answer call lights and telephone inquiries for patients, visitors, volunteers, and medical staff. Deliver meal trays when necessary and provide guidance to patients, families, and employees. Complete inpatient call backs, notify consulting physicians of consults, and schedule discharge follow-up appointments. Record traumas and codes within the facility. Perform routine clerical activities and receptionist duties to ensure a safe, patient-centered environment. This role requires BLS certification and proficiency in computer skills.
