Job Summary
Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision for toddlers (ages 2–3) in center-based or home-based settings in Far Rockaway, Queens. Provide 1:1 therapy or support structured small-group sessions while collecting and recording data accurately. Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs to help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills. This role offers consistent, reliable hours with biweekly pay, comprehensive training, and structured work environments alongside a team-based care model.
Required Qualifications
- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
Desired Qualifications
- Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Previous ABA experience
