Birth Doula (Speaks any of the following languages Lingala, Spanish , Ukrainian or Arabic)

Provide continuous support during labor and birth, including comfort measures and advocacy, while educating families on birth options and helping them develop birth plans. Collaborate with medical providers to ensure respectful, culturally appropriate care and offer prenatal visits and postpartum follow-up to assess well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program evaluation. This role requires a Certified Birth Doula with CPR certification and experience working with diverse populations, particularly immigrants and non-English speakers. Fluency in Lingala, Spanish, Ukrainian, or Arabic is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in a remote or hybrid environment.
