Job Summary
Leadership role overseeing operations across multiple Riga-area locations; responsible for supervising and developing the OOM team, maintaining office services and client-focused culture, implementing workflows and procedures with technology, supporting budget planning and resource allocation, maintaining KPIs and trend analyses to improve team performance, overseeing office conditions, equipment, and supplies, managing staff records and supplier performance, and covering for colleagues during absences. The candidate balances hands-on involvement with strong people leadership, adapts to changing operational demands, and fosters a structured, high-performing environment across all locations. Qualifications include higher education, strong Latvian and English, MS Office/Windows proficiency, data analysis and KPI reporting, and 1–2 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
