Job Summary
Conduct technical and biological consulting for biogas plants, including evaluating feedstock, fermentation processes, and developing optimization measures for metabolic cycles. Manage customer acquisition and retention for biotech support, laboratory services, and additives while creating economic calculations, proposals, and negotiating contracts. Execute analysis and reporting duties by generating feeding plans, monitoring data, and compiling quarterly and annual reports following site visits. Collaborate with internal interfaces and RSCs to support training initiatives and facilitate internal knowledge transfer through technical presentations. Maintain a responsible key role in Health, Safety & Environment while actively shaping the company's safety culture within a flat hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung - Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Umwelttechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder Biotechnologie
- Erfahrung in der biologischen Prozessoptimierung - Praxis in der Betreuung und Optimierung von Biogasanlagen sowie in der Bewertung von Einsatzstoffen, Gärmaterialien und Gärresten
- Fachliche Kompetenz in der anaeroben Vergärung - Gute Kenntnisse biologischer und chemischer Stoffwechselvorgänge sowie Erfahrung in der Interpretation von Laborergebnissen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- hohe Eigeninitiative
- ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
- Bereitschaft zur Durchführung der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen G20, G25, G37 und G42
- Nachweis einer Hepatitis-A/B-Impfung
