Job Summary
Maintain equipment and order laboratory supplies while ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean environment. Lead resolution of technical challenges across various platforms, including process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and handling production anomalies to facilitate smooth R&D progress. Independently complete experiments related to plasmid extraction, colony screening, and sequencing while strictly following SOPs. Track and analyze On-Time Delivery and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous process initiatives. Maintain a strong understanding of gene synthesis, plasmid extraction, and sequencing workflows. Available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above
- background in bioengineering
- background in pharmaceutical engineering
- background in molecular biology
- background in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in various professional gene synthesis software
- excellent data analysis skills
- Available to work 8-hour shifts
- 5 days a week
- 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends
