Job Summary
Own the candidate funnel for Biotech positions in the Redwood City, CA area by developing sourcing strategies for critical technical leads and maintaining strong relationships with candidates. Leverage internal and external data to generate marketplace insights, build reports to track strategy effectiveness, and make recommendations based on market trends. Utilize social media, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract high-quality candidates while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and OFCCP guidelines. Manage candidate communication and experience, building robust pipelines to meet inclusivity goals. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week in Redwood City, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Sourcing experience in the Biotechnology space
- Extensive experience sourcing for Clinical/Scientific candidates
- Experience in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
