Biotech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Biotech Co-Founder / Head of Engineering role to own, build, and run your startup within a support-enabled ecosystem. You’ll receive extensive personal development from unicorn founders, coaching to raise funding, and access to a vast network to hire top talent. The program includes guidance to achieve product-market-fit and to build a scalable sales/marketing engine, with funding support to secure multi-million euro rounds within 12 months. You’ll iterate your product with the team until PMF is reached and drive the creation of a high-performance organization capable of €100M+ in revenues. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and you have excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities include owning the startup direction, benefiting from bespoke development programs, leveraging the network to hire 50,000+ professionals, and accelerating fundraising, market expansion, and growth efforts. Remote work is supported (100% remote) with global reach, including opportunities to participate from Albuquerque, NM, US, or other locations as needed under the remote arrangement.
