Biotech Co-Founder / CSO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Biotech Co-Founder / CSO role to own, build, and run your own startup with support from accomplished founders. You will receive a salary while building your startup and may opt for up to €500k in funding. Engage in 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access a select community of top founders, investors, and peers, and receive coaching to reach product-market-fit. You will help hire top talent through our network and assist in developing a sales/marketing machine, with funding support to target multi-million euro raises within 12 months. The role involves leading the startup’s growth in Biotech, plus a structured personal development journey and extensive guidance from serial entrepreneurs.
