Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in biotech, collaborating with unicorn founders to reach product-market-fit and scale to €100M+ in revenues. You will embark on an intensive personal development journey crafted by seasoned founders, receive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million-euro funding, and gain access to a vast network to hire and build a sales/marketing engine. The role includes equity-style and funding support with potential up to €500k in funding, plus ongoing mentorship and strategic support to secure large funding rounds within 12 months. Location is remote with stated openness to Europe or the Americas, and current hints point to Oxford, UK as part of the backdrop; however, the role emphasizes fully remote work across eligible regions.
