Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in Biotech; receive extensive coaching and support to reach product-market-fit with a focus on building a sales/martech engine, team hiring via a large professional network, and pursuing multi-million euro funding rounds. You’ll engage in 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access an elite founder community, and be supported to grow a startup toward €100M+ revenues, including guidance on hiring, fundraising, and go-to-market execution. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, with fluent English communication and strong leadership to drive a venture-backed startup to scale.
