Biotech Co-Founder / CMO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Biotech Co-Founder / CMO role offering 100% remote work. You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Biotech, receive extensive coaching from unicorn founders, and get support to hire talent and build a scalable sales/marketing engine. The package includes salary during startup formation or up to €500k in funding, and 1:1 sparring with seasoned founders, with networking to access top founders, peers, and investors. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate. You will help reach product-market-fit and prepare the company for multi-million euro funding rounds, aiming to scale revenues to €100M+. English communication is required, and operating remotely is offered with emphasis on leadership and strategic execution.
