Job Summary
Execute cleanroom manufacturing operations including aseptic filling and lyophilisation while ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO 14001, and site safety procedures. Accurately input and extract data from computerized systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in investigations to maintain data integrity. Support operational projects, validation, and new product introductions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This 100% onsite role in Tralee, Ireland requires a Level 6 qualification in Engineering or Science and offers a 23-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for global collaboration and real-world patient impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Engineering/Science or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cGMP environments, aseptic fill finish operations and audits
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Lean/Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher advantageous)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adaptable to changing priorities
