Job Summary
Coordinate marketing content development and approval processes by partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal to facilitate claims review and compliance documentation. Contribute to product launches and commercialization activities by supporting commercial readiness initiatives, launch planning, training materials, and sales enablement tools. Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis to identify industry trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the marketing team. Develop business insights and executive presentations by analyzing data and creating reports that support strategic decision-making. Support portfolio management and branding initiatives, including product messaging development and maintenance of marketing assets. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Commercial Excellence teams to gather customer insights and execute initiatives that enhance customer engagement. Participate in customer-focused projects, including market research and voice-of-customer initiatives designed to improve commercial effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Under Grad or Graduate program full time
- Business or other applicable undergrad or masters level program (e.g. MBA)
- Interest or focus in marketing or healthcare
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and allocate resources to drive most impactful business outcomes
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Part-time (Max 20hr/week) during Fall/Winter/Spring semester
- 12Month intern duration commitment
- Full-time (40 hours/week) during summer semester
- Regular business hours 8AM-5PM Monday – Friday

- Showcase exemplary written and verbal communication skills necessary for creating technical documentation, presenting to stakeholders, and translating complex medical concepts into accessible information
- Exhibit self-motivation and ability to work independently while applying both abstract and concrete problem-solving approaches to overcome technical challenges and regulatory hurdles in medical device development
- Demonstrate comfort and efficiency working in high-accountability settings with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving regulatory requirements common in the medical device industry
- Possess working knowledge of essential tools like PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional drive to build a long-term career specifically in the medical device sector
