Biorepository Lab Technician - RI Proc & Recv Grider

Biorepository Lab Technician collects, processes, and stores biological specimens according to established protocols and SOPs, serving as a supporting role to facilitate research. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of specimen collection, processing, and storage; performing quality control checks; maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies; and communicating with laboratory staff and researchers to ensure timely processing. Requires ability to work both independently and with others, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with computer systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent; two years of lab experience preferred. Physical duties include routine lab activities and light to moderate handling tasks. The role is based at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH.
