Job Summary
Account Manager III for BioProduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific responsible for increasing revenue and building lasting customer relationships across our scientific portfolio. Develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling. Engage customers through a mix of in-person visits and virtual engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to advance customers' scientific goals. Travel up to 50-75% within the assigned territory; requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree plus 5 years of sales experience in laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industries
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
