Bioprocess Associate - Single Use Facility

Bioprocess Associate handles cGMP-compliant commercial manufacturing of therapeutic proteins. Responsibilities include operating production equipment within GMPs and SOPs, revising and creating process documents and batch records, supporting process automation and business systems, maintaining material and components inventory, contributing to safety initiatives, weighing and inspecting raw materials, assembling and autoclaving process components, and performing routine, moderately complex manufacturing tasks with minimal supervision. Qualifications include a minimum high school diploma with biotechnology-related certificate or associate degree preferred; prior GMP or clean-room experience and strong collaboration and attention to detail are desired. The role is based in Devens, MA with night shift hours (M-TH Nights, 9:30pm-7:30am); compensation starts at $25.34-$30.70 per hour on a full-time basis, with potential incentives and benefits as described by the company.
