Job Summary
Conduct product promotion for Ophthalmology and Immunology therapies within the assigned territory to achieve quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the manager and territory partners to develop and implement a Plan of Action, evaluating progress monthly and agreeing on course corrections. Provide feedback to product sales management on competitor activity and detail products in accordance with the agreed marketing strategy. Build long-term associations with physicians and healthcare professionals based on trust while maintaining up-to-date customer profiles in the CRM system. Follow up on customer queries timely and share best practices through active collaboration with the team.
Required Qualifications
- 4 – 5 year(s) of prior selling experience in the pharmaceutical market
- BA/BSc Degree with strong science background
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Basic knowledge of and experience in the local healthcare environment
- Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Fluency in Cantonese & English, both in oral and written communication
Desired Qualifications
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Biopharmaceutical Representative
