Biopharmaceutical Associate I

Job Summary
Conduct preparation, cleaning, sterilization, batching, pasteurization, and filtration of media and solutions for cell culture and purification operations. Operate process equipment, including filter integrity systems, and perform sampling procedures on analytical instruments to analyze product characteristics. Execute set-up, operation, and break-down of fixed and mobile process equipment with CIP skids while following SOPs, protocols, and batch records to ensure compliance and data integrity. Monitor and trend process operations to proactively identify and escalate issues, and actively participate in safety programs to correct unsafe behaviors. Requires high school diploma or GED with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or cGMP environments is desirable. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays required. Samsung Biologics supports biologics product development and manufacturing at every stage.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, or shift assignments as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a regulated cGMP environment
