Job Summary
Biometric Intelligence Analyst Lead responsible for delivering expert-level biometrics-enabled identity analysis to support counterterrorism and counternarcotics objectives. Responsibilities include triaging large data volumes across multiple formats to identify biometric intelligence leads tied to individuals of interest, conducting identity resolution and adjudication through extensive searches of biometric systems and databases, and fusing disparate data sources into clear, concise, actionable intelligence products for use across the U.S. Government. Will oversee ongoing projects, manage budgets and schedules, prepare status reports, and serve as a liaison among project teams, line management, and clients. Requires strong critical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership experience; candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph and meet the stated experience/education requirements. Location: Tysons, VA (US); travel as needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Current TS/SCI with polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA and an additional 4 years with HSD
- 10+ years of experience in three or more: biometric analysis, all-source analysis, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations
- 5+ years of experience serving as a team lead or in management roles
- 5+ years of experience using information to identify, screen, and vet individuals
- Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form
- Expert knowledge of Intelligence Community biometric databases
