Job Summary
Complete biometric registration for immigration applicants by capturing fingerprints, photographs, and signatures while screening for valid appointments and identification. Enforce ASC rules through interior and exterior crowd control, safeguarding personal identifiable information and conducting periodic facility checks. Provide front-line customer service with a cheerful demeanor, managing applicants with sensitivity and assisting staff in enforcing policies. Maintain accurate administrative paperwork for processing times, visitor logs, and reconciliation reports. Report facility concerns to the Site Supervisor and coordinate with law enforcement or first responders when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
- US Citizenship
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration, excluding meals and breaks
- Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands to obtain quality fingerprints
- Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public
- Ability to type and use basic computer skills
- Successful completion of the biometrics training and become certified within sixty days
- Must be able to speak a foreign language
