Job Summary
Conduct biometric screenings including fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure checks, BMI, and body fat analysis. Perform COVID-19 PCR testing, point-of-care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Execute venipuncture blood draws and prepare specimens for testing. Set up, run, and breakdown events while ensuring participant information and screening results are accurately captured. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain privacy throughout all interactions. Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
- Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
- Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months required
- Proficient taking blood pressure
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic tablet and computer skills
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 or older
- Must be proficient with performing fingerstick blood collection and taking blood pressure
- Medical certification or license is required in some states
Desired Qualifications
- Medical credentials strongly preferred (MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.)
