Job Summary
Maintenance/technical focus on water treatment equipment, dialysis equipment, medical and mechanical/electrical systems; perform tests, repairs, calibrations, and documentation; manage inventory and supplies, including SAP purchase orders and monthly/quarterly inventory reporting; conduct safety checks, housekeeping, and waste disposal coordination; provide patient-facing equipment tours and education on machine basics; participate in QAPI activities and comply with FMCNA policies; strong customer service and communication with internal/external customers; physical tasks include moving equipment up to 600 lbs with assistive devices; requires high school diploma or GED and electronics/tech training with at least six months in a healthcare/technical setting; valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in FMCNA Training Program.
Required Qualifications
- High school/Vocational diploma or G.E.D.
- Technician training or AA Degree in electronics preferred
- At least six months experience in a technical (industry/hospital) setting
- Valid Driver's License and/or ability to cover at other facilities and transport equipment and supplies as needed
