Biomedical Equipment Technician-BMET II

Job Summary
Provide repairs and preventative maintenance for client’s biomedical equipment, including inspection, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices in shop and clinical environments. Maintain service records, coordinate service within the department, and complete work orders in a professional, on-time manner. Requires an A.S. degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or DOD certification or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years of biomedical equipment servicing; Sigma Pumps experience preferred. This is a full-time, fully benefited position based in Milwaukee, WI.
Required Qualifications
- AS degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or DOD certification or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience servicing biomedical equipment
- Strong electromechanical skills
- Experience with Sigma Pumps preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
