Job Summary
Independently assess equipment failures and perform advanced troubleshooting and component-level repair on complex biomedical systems. Coordinate vendor preventative maintenance activities and ensure contract compliance while providing cross-site support across LifeBridge Health hospitals. Participate in rotating on-call coverage to respond to emergent equipment failures and serve as a mentor and technical resource for junior staff. Manage the performance and development of individuals and teams. This senior technical role supports regulatory compliance and operational excellence for LifeBridge Health facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of progressive biomedical equipment experience
- Demonstrated expertise in complex medical systems
- AA degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics or related field preferred
