Job Summary
Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and Operating Room personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize Brainlab product efficiency. Manage and maintain the install base, including basic third-party integrations, while analyzing and resolving product issues via Salesforce. Direct radiology staff in performing necessary scans and act as the escalation point for clinical regional issues. Educate and train hospital personnel on Image Guided Surgery products, develop training programs, and collaborate with consultants to drive customer utilization and revenue through upgrades and contract renewals. Maintain Salesforce documentation of working hours and attend annual continuing education to ensure product certification competency.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a technical support role preferably for a healthcare company or Provider
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum sales experience with healthcare company
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology
