Job Summary
Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and Operating Room personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery to maximize Brainlab product efficiency. Manage and maintain the install base, including basic third-party integrations, while analyzing and resolving product issues via Salesforce. Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans, educate hospital personnel on Image Guided Surgery products, and act as the primary escalation point for clinical regional issues. Contribute to quality improvement by recommending product modifications and collaborate with Application Consultants and Account Managers on revenue growth, upgrade initiatives, and R&D projects. Maintain Salesforce documentation of working hours and attend annual continuing education to maintain product certification competency.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a technical support role preferably for a healthcare company or Provider
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum sales experience with healthcare company
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology
