Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and develop workplace attitudes while differentiating instruction to meet individual student learning styles. Plan and update the curriculum to align with changing IN state standards and current industry standards, demonstrating experience implementing innovative instructional programs. Utilize appropriate technology to enhance instruction and communication, and integrate language arts and math skills into the agriculture curriculum. Maintain accurate records regarding grades, attendance, and behavior, and actively participate in ongoing curriculum development. Manage behavioral, social, and emotional issues within a diverse student population while communicating regularly with parents and administrators.
