Manage all site activities and teams at the pre-analytical site or technical platform in Le Mans, while overseeing patient and colleague interactions for medical counseling before and after analyses. Lead the creation of the technical platform and develop peripheral sites in close partnership with the SELAS President, supporting your team's operations and managing daily laboratory life. Collaborate with peers across regions and support services including IT, finance, and HR on strategic development projects. This entrepreneurial role involves driving the opening of a new laboratory group in the Sarthe region with full financial backing and resources.
