Job Summary
Own territory-level launch execution across Melbourne, VIC East or West Territory by activating key opinion leaders, early adopters, and centers of influence from day one. Engage dermatologists at a peer level, bringing clinical data and real-world evidence to life in conversations that shift thinking and build belief. Build and own your accounts, from the dermatologist to the nurse, practice manager, and hospital teams, becoming the name they call first. Navigate PBS, Special Authority, and access pathways to remove barriers and accelerate patient access. Get into the field to gather insights, objections, and opportunities for the national team. Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
- clear progression into senior specialty roles
- Proven biologics background
- track record of launch success in the Australian market
- Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge
- exposure to hospital drug listing processes
- Science degree or equivalent
- Full Australian working right
- Current driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- Proven biologics background within dermatology, rheumatology / immunology experience
- Launched a biologic in dermatology, rheumatology or immunology and driven measurable market share
- Established relationships with dermatologists across Melbourne VIC East or West Territory built on trust, credibility, and clinical value
- Nationally recognised for high performance — awards, or consistent overachievement
