Job Summary
Biological, Chemical or Medical Laboratory Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to monitor and support daily lab operations, ensure safety and training of personnel, set up and calibrate lab equipment, assist in teaching sessions, manage lab tasks and resources, and oversee lab safety compliance while collaborating with faculty and students in an academic laboratory setting.
Required Qualifications
- Professional training as Biological/Chemical or Medical Lab Assistant (BTA/CTA/MTA) or equivalent (e.g., BSc/MSc in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field)
- Documented wet-lab experience in biochemistry and/or molecular biology (essential)
- Experience in an academic setting; teaching or lab demonstrator experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
