Bioinformatics Consultant

Assist in preparation of manuscripts and consult on bioinformatic analysis of low-complexity domains and computational analysis of microscopy studies. This role focuses on studies of prion-like proteins and low complexity domains within the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology department. Applicants must have experience studying yeast prions, biomolecular condensates, and low-complexity domains, as well as experience developing computational tools to quantify microscopy images. The position requires 5 weekly hours and an anticipated start date of August 24th, 2026.
