Coordinate and supervise the patient accounts department, ensuring accurate financial management of patient and insurance transactions to support clinical operations. Oversee billing and invoice issuance for provided services, manage private insurance cycles, and verify submission accuracy to the EOPYY. Monitor collections and outstanding receivables to ensure timely debt repayment while maintaining high service standards for patients and medical partners. Lead the team, guide digitalization projects, and collaborate across administrative, medical, and nursing units. Requires a degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration with at least five years in a similar role.
