Job Summary

Respond to cleanup jobs including crime and trauma scenes, hoarding situations, and drug-related environments by safely handling biohazard materials per OSHA and company protocols. Clean, disinfect, deodorize, and restore residential and commercial properties while packing contents, removing non-salvageable items, and performing light demolition. Maintain equipment and vehicles while complying with federal, state, and environmental safety rules. Communicate respectfully with customers and work in potentially hazardous environments. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50# items. On-call rotation with non-standard hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation
