Job Summary
Biochemist responsible for process characterization and controls including cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor), affinity chromatography, and viral inactivation; perform cGLP cell banking for research use; ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies; analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support filings; present findings in cross-functional meetings; coordinate lab activities with scientific teams and provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting and improvements; collaborate on training and driving scientific improvements.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline
- Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography
- Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
