Job Summary
Shuttle stakeholders and crews around the facility while enforcing bio-security procedures for all personnel entering the site. Clean all areas of the bio-building, including break rooms, restrooms, and truck wash areas, and launder uniforms and footwear. Document completed tasks on daily and weekly forms, perform pre-operation inspections on vehicles, and maintain the site shuttle. Distribute safety supplies and request materials from the procurement stakeholder as needed. Ensure facility security by keeping all doors locked to protect birds from predators and unauthorized access.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Ability to track and document all activities with correct forms and paperwork
- Ability to communicate so that others will understand both verbally and in writing
- Must be self-directed
- Must be organized
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with a team
- Record of good attendance
- Flexible schedule
- Capability to interact with individuals from diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds
- Stand and walk constantly
- Grip, grasp, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 10 pounds frequently
- Sit, climb, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Proper personal protective equipment will be required during certain working conditions
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency
- One year experience in production agricultural environment
- Working knowledge of agricultural operations
