Job Summary
Assist guests with questions and provide service to all Bingo patrons while selling merchandise, bingo packs, and pull tabs at the cashier window and on the floor. Receive payments, make change, and reconcile sales totals by sorting, counting, and verifying merchandise and paper. Verify and payout bingo tickets while adhering to department policies and maintaining regular attendance. Requires above-average oral communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand or walk for seven and a half hours daily. Must obtain and maintain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
