Job Summary
Sell bingo cards, issue PhDs to Guests, and accurately maintain banks while delivering exceptional Guest service. Promote loyalty programs, explain daily specials, upsell and promote games to meet management-defined sales goals, and instruct Guests on product usage. Verify winning papers and PhDs, distribute payouts, manage playbacks, and communicate guest concerns to management. Perform duties across roles (Bingo Caller, Packaging, Booth Clerk, Floor Clerk, and Pull Tab Clerk) as needed, stay informed on Bingo rules and program changes, and demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, teamwork, and integrity in a fast-paced, high-attendance environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Cash handling experience.
- Knowledge of Title 31.
