Job Summary
Bingo Attendant/Caller performs caller’s or floor functions in the Bingo Department, calling numbers, operating equipment to randomly select numbers, selling game sheets, handling cash and sales, and paying winners. The role requires accurate cash handling, strong guest service, math aptitude, and ability to work as part of a team in a casino environment; must be able to obtain a gaming license and be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Works in Tama, IA, full-time, with flexible shifts and customer-facing duties, monitoring floor safety and ensuring games run smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior work experience with cash handling, math aptitude, and guest service
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations
Additional Requirements
- Prohibited from playing all casino games while on duty except for team-member tournaments; prohibited from playing bingo while on duty
