Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and adjusting for smooth production. Keep machines running by troubleshooting minor issues, inspecting finished products against standards, and working as a team to hit daily goals. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace on a fast-paced production floor. You'll work 40 hours per week on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday. No prior bindery experience is required; we provide training for those with general machinery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for full-time 40 hours/week
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to follow safety procedures

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
