Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and adjusting machines to keep production moving. Inspect finished products against standards, troubleshoot minor issues, and follow safety procedures to maintain a clean workspace. Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals on the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for full-time employment (40 hours/week)
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to follow safety procedures
