Job Summary
Operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while monitoring quality and making adjustments. Keep production moving by troubleshooting minor issues, inspecting finished products against standards, and working as part of a team to hit daily goals. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures. This role includes training for candidates with no prior bindery experience, requiring mechanical aptitude and the ability to read basic job instructions. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus available after 12 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably
- Work well with a team
- Must be available for 2nd shifts (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Must be available for full-time employment (40 hours/week)
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
